March 30, 2008: "AAA" try-outs -- you will need to obtain a "Permission to Skate" form from NOTL Minor Hockey and take it with you when you register in Niagara Falls.  The forms are available now.

Congratulations to our Novice "BB" team, winners of the recent Guelph "A" tournament.  They opened the tournament with an 8-0 thrashing of Pickering, and followed it up with another shutout win over the Aurora Tigers.  Game 3 of the round robin was a much closer affair, with the Wolves dropping the game 3-2.  A 5-2 semin-final win over Burlington resulted in a rematch against Oakville for the Championship.  The Wolves came out strong in their rematch with Oakville and were victorious 3-2, to take home the trophy and capture their second tournament win of this young season.

NOTL is in a 4 team round robin group with Lincoln, Thorold, and Pelham, with NOTL as the host centre; a semi 2 vs 3 with that winner vs 1 in the final game.  Winner moves on and plays winner of Acton/Fergus/Dundas.

Travel permits are needed for all exhibition games.  There are also required for tournaments when your going to a centre that isn't part of the OMHA.  They are available on the OMHA web site.  Please fill them in and fax them to our OMHA rep (Rob McKeown fax: 905 468-2346) for processing.
