The Centennial Arena was constructed in 1967 and expanded in both 1973 and 1991.

The surface is 180 ft. x 85 ft..

Change Rooms:

Four normal sized dressing rooms can accommodate 12-15 players comfortably with washroom and shower area in each room.

Referees Room:

A change room for the referees is available.

Sound System:

The arena has been equipped with a sound system offering microphone and music capabilities.

Spectator Seating:

The bleacher area can accommodate approximately 200 people with a small amount of area for standing room.  There is also a warm viewing area that provides windows overlooking the ice surface.  Spectator seating is heated with gas fired radiant heaters.

The arena has its own resurfacer room and resurfacer.   Having a separate vehicle at both surfaces allows greater flexibility for scheduling and provides a back up if a mechanical problem occurs.

There is storage for the Jr. B. Lacrosse Thunderhawks.

Parking:

There are 107 parking spaces adjacent to the Centennial Arena.  These spaces coupled with the new spaces in the front of the NCU Arena offer a total of 252 spaces for the overall complex.
